Crosstown Rebels está preparando un compilado de tres discos que será lanzado en noviembre, titulado simplemente ‘Crosstown Rebels presents Rebel Rave‘.
Encabezado por el DJ y productor Damian Lazarus, el sello establecido en Londres ha defendido el club-ready house y el techno desde el año 2003, alojando en su registro a artistas como Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler y Minilogue, los cuales están incluidos en este nuevo compilado.
Este año ha sido especialmente ocupado para el sello, con un tour transcontinental por las Américas y su habitual gran cantidad de lanzamientos de vinilos, incluyendo ‘Without You‘ de Art Department, uno de las canciones más reconocidos en el verano europeo y por ende la mas charteada en los ultimos dias en Resident Advisor.
Crosstown Rebels Presents Rebel Rave incluye algunos de los más grandes tracks del sello, correspondientes a los últimos años, junto con ediciones inéditas tales como el rework de “Love Never Sleeps” a cargo de Seth Troxler, tema de Gadi Mizrahi, co-fundador de Wolf + Lamb, y también un remix a cargo de Seth Troxler y Nicolas Jaar de un tema de Maceo Plex, nuevo cantante del sello. Los primeros dos discos están sin mezclar, mientras que el tercero está mixeado por Clive Henry.
